The Detroit Symphony Orchestra has a 43-week season, including 4 weeks of paid vacation, plus Non-Work Week Stipends for the remaining nine (9) weeks. Minimum annual salary for the 2024–2025 season is $108,016. Benefits include health/dental/vision insurance, instrument insurance, disability insurance, and retirement contributions to the AFM-EPF as well as a DSO 403b plan.
